I am trying to close the Ribbon Application Menu automatically after an item is selected from a drop down list within the application menu. I am using the CloseUp() method but that doesn't seem to be working even though when I debug it hits the code ultraWinToolbar.Ribbon.ApplicationMenu.CloseUp()
Is the style of your UltraToolbarsManager set to Office2010? If so, then you are using the 2010 version of the application menu and must call UltraToolbarsManagaer.Ribbon.ApplicationMenu2010.CloseUp()
i am actually using the 2007 style
I cannot reproduce the problem in 11.1. Calling ApplicationMenu.CloseUp() successfully closes the menu when the Style is set to Office2007. What version are you using?
I am using 10.3
Just to verify what i am doing. when a drop down tool gets clicked in the menu, after they change the value I want the menu to close.
