ToolbarsManager as Form Control

I currently set various properties of controls on my forms (such as BackColor) by cycling through the Controls collection of the form and checking the type of each control in order to know which property to set. This currently works really well for most controls, most prominently the UltraGroupBox and UltraTabControl where I can detect any placed on my forms and set the viewstyle property.

The problem I have is that some forms also contain one or more UltraToolbarsManager (NetAdvantage 2007 V3) controls with toolbars. I would like to detect these so that I can set the Style property but the control does not seem to be contained in the forms Controls collection. Is there a way, by looking at properties of the form that I can detect the existence of (and gain an object reference to) the UltraToolbarsManager controls on the forms in order to set this property?

While iterating your controls, you can get one of the UltraToolbarsDockArea controls, and get its ToolbarsManager property. There are four of these controls per toolbars manager: one for each side of the Form.
