I recently upgraded Infragistics Winforms from 8.1 to 8.3 (CLR2.0) and now when I set the data source of an ultra grid to a dataset I get a null reference exception (see bottom of post for the call stack). If I set the calc frequency to Asynchronous from Synchronous then I no longer get the null reference...

Is it possible to change the name of the controls that appear under Operands->controls->grid->BindingList'1 on the left side on the formula builder box. I'm not so much concerned about what appears in the formula box but rather that the names of the fields on the left match my column...

I have the same problem as HRAHI. I attached a solution reproducing the problem. If you replace the DerivedGrid by a standard UltraGrid, the problem does not occur. The worst thing is that the grid does not even use the UltraCalcManager and the exception occurs at startup so if we use the UltraCalcManager...
