I figured out the problem. If there's a window.alert in the js function, it has to be done AFTER setting the WebDateChooser to null. Otherwise, it won't set the value.

Hi, When I set the enabled property on the webdatechooser, it disables the date text box, hides the calender icon, but displays an annoying dropdown button beside the date text box. All I did is dateEffective.Enabled = false ; If you any of have used this proerty please help. Thanks Kevin.
